The Barn is a one bedroom apartment. It sits atop a Studio apartment ( Petite Barn) stairs. The grounds are 2 1/2 acres . You will hear roosters. Dirt road. Only children who are over 10, and 100% swim safe.This is a quiet environment... to be kept quiet for reading, napping, yoga, resting, retreating. We are yogis, surfers, readers, gardeners, and appreciate a quiet calm surrounding:) that being said the pool and jaquzzi hours are 8 am - 10 pm . Dog fee $90/
