Enjoy your stay in San Diego in this newly renovated guesthouse. Centrally located about a mile from Hwy 8, Hwy 125, and the Grossmont Trolley Station & Transit Center. Only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown, the airport, the beaches, and most of San Diego's other popular tourist attractions. This cozy, two-story, detached unit is located behind my home, and has its own private entrance and partitioned yard for your enjoyment. our Boutique Casita features beautiful ample gardens, huge trees and 3 outdoor seating areas, the house has a country feeling to it however, decor of the Casita is all modern and fresh, the kitchen houses a stove and refrigerator, the Casita can sleep up to 4 people, 2 in the main Queen bed and 2 in the kitchen area in the Daybed which has one top one bottom mattress as viewed in the pictures, access from street is flat no steps access all the way into the house , the patio has indoor parking.
