The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

Privately owned poolside Villa with large gated courtyard, set in a holiday resort which is right on the beach with 3 swimming pools ,villa has direct access to the pool via a private gate, 2 tennis courts,playground,BBQ areas.
