This is a private secluded home surrounded by woods is 12 minutes from downtown Tulsa. It is in essence a new home since all surfaces are new. You will be amazed of the quality of this home. The ceilings are all vaulted which gives it a spacious feeling. It is equipped with a mini-split heat pump in every room for precise temperature control. Located in the heart of Sapulpa, The Hobson House is a large historic home just 1 block off Route 66. Originally built by the owner of the local lumberyard, this home carries a lot of history & charm. They built the house for themselves & the 2 apts upstairs for traveling teachers that needed a place to stay. Overall, the house has 3 apts, all w/private entrances. There is 1 larger apt downstairs & 2 smaller apts upstairs, along with a common sitting area in the front & a laundry room in back.
