See pictures for bed dimensions. Handicap accessible, Desk area, Wifi, NO landline, good verizon signal,Roku tv, Heat & AC. Pets allowed. Owner lives above garage. Dogs live on property. Hens and roosters, are housed near the cabin, they can make noise day and night. Large front porch. Bring your slippers. :-)

This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

The cabin sleeps 3 with a queen bed in the loft and futon in the living room room. We have an outdoor fire pit and a wood-burning stove inside. There is access to the lake from the property only a short walk away. We’re located close to Lake George, Saratoga, Glens Falls, and more. The cabin makes a great homebase for exploring the Adirondacks.

In summer, bring your boat or Jet Skiis!! You have your own private dock. In the winter, bring your ice fishing gear or snowmobiles. The cabin is right on the NYS snowmobile trails. At the end of the day snuggle in near the warmth of the fireplace inside. Otherwise, you can just relax in the peaceful surroundings.
