Had a wonderful time staying at Poornima ma'am's place. It is a beautiful stay with all basic amenities and located conveniently, having most major attractions nearby. She was extremely responsive to all our requests, even provided us with late check-out and list of recommendations around the city. Would love to come back for sure.

The experience was lovely, just as depicted in the pictures. It is conveniently located close to the station. The caretaker is quite friendlyand funny, he is readily accessible whenever required and very accommodating, taking all your requests into account. Check-in process was smooth enough, all they ask is to send the booking detains and aadhar card photos and sign a check in register. The rooms were adequately ventilated and thoroughly cleaned and maintained. The stay also includes a TV and geysers in each bathroom, overall creating a truly enjoyable place to stay, justifying every single penny spent.

I had a wonderful stay in Vizag! The location was perfect—close to all the key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. A special shoutout to Surya, the host, who was incredibly warm and friendly. He went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience, offering helpful recommendations and making me feel right at home. His hospitality truly made a difference! It was a great experience staying in this place. The view was awesome, place was neat and clean, kitchen has all the utensils and amenities, most tourist spots were nearby and in top of everything our host Mala madam made us feel right at home from the very beginning of our stay. She was well reachable, communicative, always helpful, provided lots of suggestions to us regarding food and tourist spots. She even gave us small gifts as well !! If you visit Visakhapatnam, u can stay in this place without single hesitation. This is highly recommended. Once again big thanks to Mala madam.

The host was kind and very helpful. The caretaker Sreenu was always available and responsive. The host was generous enough to let us do an early check in as well. She even arranged for a delicious meal at her restaurant. Overall, would recommend this place to anyone

I really liked the property as it was near to proximity to many places. Mr. Ramanaih was responsive and providing help wherever needed. Location is really very good as you can find all the hotels and other medical and grocery items nearby. The rooms were good but there are few things getting old and needs to be fixed are: 1. All the beds are making too much sound 2. Mattresses are really very thin and uncomfortable 3. Washrooms need repair as there are no glass windows in ventilation windows. Apart from that everything was great. Thanks for accommodating us. Will like to stay to your property again in next visit.
