Guest have access to the entire home. It is a remodeled singlewide mobile home on 1/2 acre. We are within 10 miles to: Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, theaters, golf courses, putt-putt, historical downtown Fernandina and the oldest saloon in Florida-The Palace Saloon. We are within 20 miles to the air port (JAX) and Jacksonville Zoo and we are within 30 miles to the Jaxport Cruise Terminal. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located apartment. Located on a quiet dead-end road, walking distance to Memorial Satilla Health Hospital, this is a perfect location for healthcare workers coming to our area ; Or for anyone looking for a quite, comfortable place to stay while visiting the area. This is unit two of a duplex, but you will find the set up is still very private, with your own driveway and a fenced in back yard with a privacy fence that is divided from the other unit.

Cozy house that has modern new kitchen and baths and lots of living space. Comfortable beds and great views. Rivers and marsh as far as you can see. Walk down dock and get into your boat. Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

The Golden Isles are about an hour’s drive away. There is a fabulous bike trail on Jekyll Island. Beautiful beaches awaits on Jekyll and St. Simons Island also with historical places.
