Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Miran ambijent okružen prirodom udaljen od mora 5 km. Kamena kuća sa hrastovim namještajem na 3 etaže, sa velikim otvorenim prostorima. S prekrasnim pogledom na more i Alpe. U neposrednoj blizini vlasnici imaju proizvodnju sira pa se mogu degustirati različiti autohtoni sirevi. Također na livadama u blizini mogu se vidjeti ovce kako pasu. Udaljenost od grada garantira mir i slobodu. Idealno za obitelji, bicikliste i sve one koji uživaju u prirodi. Gosti imaju 30% popust na ulaznicu u aquapark.

Skate park in športno igrišče se nahajata v neposredni bližini. Gostom nudimo brezplačno izposojo koles. Lokacija nudi odlično izhodišče za izlete.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Our apartment is located in a village called Alberi near Savudrija in Istria, known as the Skipper resort. The 18-course professional pitch, with a total length of 6,360 meters, spans 80 acres of land along PAR 72, an interesting field layout for players of all skill levels. Situated in an area of ​​interesting topographies, overlooking the vineyard and olive grove, and the spectacular scenery, they give players a unique feeling of golf with stunning views.

Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view. Only a 5-minute walk to Tartini square, the city center, the grocery store, the beach and to the nearest bus stop. Two parking spaces are available for free (tandem parking - your cars parked one in front of the other). The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is not yet included in the price and has to be paid in addition in cash.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
