Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

When you’re ready to get out and explore, beautiful ocean beaches are just 10 to 15 minutes away, alongside nearby nature reservations with great walking trails, local shops, and coastal spots to check out.

The beach, Block Island, and the fishing village of Galilee are all visible from the open second floor living area and deck. The deck off the third floor loft offers a panoramic view of Point Judith. Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

The charming waterfront home is directly across the street from a small private beach. Perfect area for families with young children. Private entrance to East Matunuck beach is just a two minute walk down the street. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars . This house has 1 queen size bedroom and one twin with trundle on the lower level (both bedrooms with TVs). The lower level also houses the living room with large screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
