VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. Casa - Il Gioiello - con Jacuzzi e Sauna

La casa, immersa nel centro storico della Città di Amandola, totalmente ristrutturata ed arredata, possiede: 2 accoglienti camere, un bagno con sauna e jacuzzi bali Hamman con Bagno turco, un divano letto davanti al camino (non utilizzabile), un ampio salone con cucina e zona relax, dalla quale potrete godere di un bellissimo panorama sui Monti Sibillini. "Il Gioiello" è dotato di un’ampia cucina arredata e attrezzata con forno ventilato, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero americano.

Welcome to real Italy. This is a unique home, named locally as Casa Matita (The Pencil House). It has an awesome view awaiting you from the loggia (roofed terrace). Relax, read, drink prosecco or dine while watching amazing sunsets in the peaceful medieval village of Santa Vittoria. At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

Ci troviamo nel sud delle Marche vicino a Fermo e Ascoli Piceno, tra gli ulivi e la vigna biologica del Casale Biancopecora di Massimo e Michela, una struttura interamente recuperata con principi di bio edilizia e anti sismica, le viste a perdita d'occhio nella meravigliosa campagna del centro Italia e sui Monti Sibillini. A soli 27 km dal mare di Porto San Giorgio. Gli appartamenti sono stati ristrutturati utilizzando i vecchi materiali originali della casa con tutti i confort attuali.

If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.
