L'appartamento dista 5 minuti a piedi dal porto, luogo di partenza dei collegamenti marittimi per la Sicilia e le Isole Eolie. Il mare e la spiaggia sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. L'appartamento è adatto a single, coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie.

L’alloggio è ubicato in un’area strategica della città, a 200 metri dal Museo Archeologico, dal porto e dalla stazione ferroviaria “Lido". In zona sono presenti bar-pasticcerie ed attività commerciali di ogni genere.

La sistemazione del letto è matrimoniale ma su richiesta al momento della prenotazione può essere anche a due letti singoli. Non vi è l'uso della cucina ma siamo disponibili a fornire posate e piatti. La Tassa di soggiorno Euro 2,00 per persona per notte è da pagare in contanti all'arrivo.
