Finger Lakes wine region is 40 minutes away, Letchworth State Park (the “Grand Canyon of the East”) is about an hour, Watkins Glen is 2 hours.

This cozy space is approximately 3 miles out of the Village of Wellsville. It is very close to Alma Pond, Trout Run Camping Resort, Tall Pines ATV park, and the Wellsville Airport! It is nestled back into the woods, with some great views. The house is spacious, great living room, spacious bedrooms, and kitchen with laundry as well! There is super fast Wi-Fi. there are front and back porches where you can sip your morning coffee, and watch the birds whistle, this is very family friendly!

We are an 1880 farmhouse vacation rental in Andover NY for groups of up to 10 guests. The Blue Bird has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, A king and a full bedroom are on the first floor, 5 queen beds in 4 bedrooms upstairs for a total of 7 beds. Park your trailers, unload your ATV's and ride them up the seasonal road to tall Pines ATV park.
