La casa, immersa nel verde, è situata in un piccolo e tranquillo paese a 13 km da Foligno lungo la Valle del Menotre, da cui sono facilmente raggiungibili le note mete turistiche e paesaggistiche dell'Umbria centrale, offrendo anche una ottima occasione per poter scoprire luoghi meno noti, ma altrettanto interessanti. I paesi di Rasiglia e Pale si trovano a 3 km, ci sono poi Sellano con il suo ponte Tibetano da poco inaugurato, Colfiorito con il suo parco naturale immerso nella palude.

CASA ELEONORA est située dans le point le plus central de la ville, sur la place de la ville, au premier étage sans ascenseur, dans le premier monastère bénédictin d'hommes datant de 1071. Le petit déjeuner comprend un petit déjeuner typiquement italien au BAR TROVELLESI situé en dessous de la maison. L'appartement est situé dans le quartier ZTL. L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
