The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Cairn Pod

Love camping, but looking for something a little more luxurious? Then look no further than Cairn Pod. Situated in a picturesque area of Bonar Bridge Sutherland. Located in the heart of the North Coast 500. (NC500) makes it an ideal accommodation for exploring the Scottish Highlands for a short or long stay. The Armadilla Pod comfortably sleeps two guests which can convert from 2 twin/ 1 double bed. Cairn Pod is equipped to a high standard with private parking and luxury home comforts.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

The Burrow is a ground floor luxury log cabin with exclusive use of private garden, patio and hot tub. The apartment is a 30 minute drive from the stunning North Coast attractions and a 45 minute drive from Belfast. Skye Red Fox Retreat - stunning luxury glamping

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

The hut is set in the middle of a family farm, forget about your busy lives and sit back and relax in this peaceful location ideal for a romantic retreat, with views up the Lorton valley ,cozy up into front of the wood burning stove and plan your adventure for the next day. The hut has no electricity but has solar lights, and a separate composting toilet, all bed linen is provide along with wood for the stove. A breakfast hamper will be delivered to your door in the morning

Ideally situated for exploring the north of Sutherland and Caithness, this area is popular for walking, fishing, surfing, golfing and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the area!
