Located 5 minutes off Exit 126 on Interstate 40, this cozy apartmen is only minutes from the TN River, Birdsong Marina, Nathan Bedford Forrest, and Natchez Trace State Park. This area is a known as Sportsman's paradise, and this property is designed with that in mind, with barnwood accents and a beautiful, large cedar countertop. We are located 15 minutes from the TN River (any boaters out there?) and Kentucky Lake and Pickwick Dam are close by as well. Boat/trailer parking is available on site. We are also a short drive from Chickasaw and Pinson Mounds State Parks, Shiloh National Park and K&M Shooting Complex. For guests with pets, we have a small, medium, and large crate for your use if/when pets must stay in the cabin alone.

Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two Bedrooms one queen and one full. Cot available. Has heating and air, Theater seating for two and two parking spaces.

Tiny House living at it's BEST! Great place to stay for those who love the water and relaxation near the beautiful Tennessee River. Plenty of space to park a vehicle, boat, wave runner and other toys. Just minutes from the TWRA boat ramp with a floating dock. Evenings on the back porch are peaceful and cozy. A grill, fire pit, and TV are available for guests. Free WIFI and streaming TV available. Free ice for your cooler. Although this tiny house is 450 square feet, it offers a lot.
