Our remodeled 1930s beach home has 2 downstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared. (No en suites ). Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

The home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood on a peninsula between two beaches. Air conditioning is uncommon in this area, and this home does not have A/C. Fans are provided. This property is a duplex with two separate homes on one lot. Each unit has its own private entrance and garage.
