Seal Rocks is a raw and ruggedly beautiful place on the NSW North Coast surrounded by National Park and 5 beaches. Lot 3 has been designed and built to fit with these conditions. Materials including rammed earth, concrete, plywood and steel have been left in their raw state to create a place where you go to get 'back to basics'. The planning is also simple; arranged in two pavilions forming an 'L' shape around a private, grassy courtyard which opens to the National Park beyond.

Smiths Lake is a coastal village approximately 3.5 hours north of Sydney within the beautiful Great Lakes District. Smiths Lake which surrounds the village is separated from the ocean by Sandbar Beach, a secluded and pristine beach There are many surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-10 minutes drive - Blueys, Boomerang and Celito surf beaches just to name a few. For the naturalists there is the secluded Shelleys Beach.
