Read a book in the sun, have a hit of tennis, take a stroll along the 90 mile beach - you may find you have the whole beach to yourself! Tranquil getaway on 43 acres, with private boardwalk access to the Ninety Mile Beach. “Silverwood” is the quintessential beach house, full of quirky charm. Fresh and clean with two living, two bathrooms and four bedrooms. Bring your horses, access beach from the Jack Smith Lake Reserve 500 m from the front gate. Abundant bird life on the salt marsh, no neighbours in sight and totally private, only the sound of the waves to help you relax in the beauty of nature. Nothing like this in the area!

Eagle Bay Views (4 bedrooms)

Located on the silt jetties, the property ends with a sandy beach at Eagle Bay in Lake King. Wake to an abundance of bird life... Pelicans and swans by the water, wrens, rosellas and cockatoos in the bushes. You might see dolphins in the lake, or in the river behind us. We are on the magnificent Gippsland Lakes in the heart of the Victorian Riviera. It is true we get more sun than Mildura! When its raining and bleak in Melbourne, close your eyes and picture winter sun at Eagle Point.

Swan Cove Garden on Beach

Please note the vehicular ferry is out for maintenance from Nov 10 til Dec 7. During this time we can collect you from the passenger ferry. Wide open spaces, fresh sea air and no crowds. Transport yourself to a 2- storey Hansel and Gretel style cottage in a forest by the water on an island where you can see koalas and wildlife up close in their natural environment. Only 4 hours from Melbourne. We are very sorry pets are not permitted here due to the sensitive nature of the wildlife.

The Beachhouse is warm and welcoming. It is private and very close to the beach and general store. Pet friendly is a big factor with off leash beach access only a short walk away. We provide bed linen and bath towels, a well stocked pantry, coffee machine and pods to keep you caffeinated. The Beachhouse is easy to clean and maintain, even if you have a dog. A great venue to relax in a beach environment, or as a base to explore the superb walks and scenery of Wilsons Prom.

Luxury pet friendly beach house 250m from the amazing 90 mile beach with Starlink super fast internet. The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars. Large front deck with a lovely view of the sunset over the lake and a great back yard with fire pit and hydrotherapy hot tub. The house also has a pot belly fire to keep you warm on the cooler winter nights.
