This beautiful studio room is detached from the main house. It has a private entrance which is lit at night with sensor lights. It has a bathroom, lounge area and courtyard area that the sliders open up to. It has mini cooking facilities with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach. Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

The Crab Shack - Beachfront Unit

Absolute beachfront, ground floor 2 bedroom unit on the shores of Henley Beach. The views don't get much better than this! Relax and unwind, swim and enjoy the stunning sunsets on the best beach in Adelaide! A short 10 minute stroll to Henley Square where you can enjoy a range of restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

My centrally located self-contained studio is ideal for your short or long-term holiday, study or business trip. North Adelaide is a clean and exclusive heritage location only 2km from the CBD. Catch the free CBD Circle Bus or walk or ride along our beautiful Torrens river and parkland. There are many restaurants, hotels and takeaway food options and a supermarket nearby. The new Adelaide aquatic centre with multiple pools, water slides and full gym with fitness classes is a 5 minute walk.

A modern home located 5 minutes walk from Grange beach , hotel, cafes & restaurants . It has high ceilings throughout the house with a large living area that opens out into the alfresco area. There is a train or bus takes you into the city & it's a short walk to Henley square which has lots of eaterys. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage. I have recently upgraded to Telstra premuim wifi in Oct 2022.

The kitchen dining lounge area is upstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a big city skyline view. There is a full set of kitchen appliances. 51SQ Eco Home (51 square metres) is close to all city attractions including the Central Market, Adelaide Oval and tram. 51SQ is also a great place for work or leisure.
