Sēja Municipality : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Liene qui est très réactive et accueillante. L'appartement est très spacieux, confortable, propre et bien équipé, fidèle aux photos et à la description. Proche du centre, on peut s'y rendre facilement à pied et profiter de belles promenades dans la vieille ville. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en Lettonie. Et nous choisirons à nouveau le logement de Liene si nous revenons à Riga. Nous recommandons !

All over good place, good location, good for families

Très bel appartement, bien agencé et bien équipé. De plus, il est vraiment proche du centre (5 minutes à pied), des commerces et juste en face un parc. Très content de cette location.

This was the second time we stayed. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and easy to find. Highly recommended

It's a really nice place to stay, actually even nicer than the photos IMO! Victoria was great, we didn't need to meet in person but she responded to everything. For example the apartment felt a bit chilly on the first night but she told us where to find a spare heater. The place itself is wonderful not just because it's nice to be in (which it is) but also because it's tucked away behind some very solid old-town buildings, so even though we were ~50m from one the main squares that had live music playing we couldn't hear a thing when we wanted to settle down for sleep. We were a family of three, and would certainly stay again.

Good place to stay on a budget, walking distance from old town. Parking is a bit tricky as you need to find a spot to leave the car, street parking is getting expensive pretty fast. Elvis was helpful and proactive, highly recommend the host!

everything went perfect !

We had an amazing time at Juris and Una beautiful guest house, and we would love to visit again in the future. It is a Stunning home that has everything you will need, plus a lot of privacy. Everything is close by if you know how to get there. I would highly recommend it for a family with children. It has three sleeping areas and a great little kitchen to bust, it would also be perfect for a couple. Thank you for everything!

Nice place to stay

Jauka un mājīga atmosfēra, arī īpašniece ļoti atsaucīga un pretimnākoša. Brīvdienas izdevušās labāk, kā plānots. Noteikti brauksim vel!☺️

We absolutely love this neighborhood, and the house met all our expectations. It’s so nice to sit and read comfortably in the yard, and the house was cozy and modern. Both the accommodation and the host left only the best impressions.

Это был замечательный отпуск, дом очень уютный и стильный, в нем есть все необходимое для отдыха. Расположен в очень живописном месте, шикарная природа вокруг...лес, воздух, недалеко озеро! Коммуникация с Мартинсом была замечательной, реагировал сразу на все сообщения и помогал при решении наших вопросов!

We are extremely happy with everything ❤️ Place is definitely soo much better than pictures could show!! Place is amazing! Hosts are very helpful, nice and quick to communicate!! To be fare everything was so good that we didn't need any extra response!! But when needed, it was there! Little touches, such as fresh flowers on fireplace, where very thought full. We do believe that location also is very good! Turaida and Sigulda at door step! Lots to see and explore there!!! Riga is not far at all ether!! We highly recommend to stay at this beautiful home, you are in country side but close enough to explore xxx Thank you very much to our hosts for our comfortable and very enjoyable stay!!! What a beautiful place In the beautiful countryside of Latvia. I was beyond amazed by my stay. The house was just like the photos. Very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and will be looking to visit again in August.

A great place if you're looking for a secluded, spacious location on a seaside. We barely saw any neighbors. The property itself is huge, with direct access to a beautiful beach. The house is rather spacious and beautifully renovated, looks just like the photos. We were looking for a pristine place in the wilderness and it was exactly that. We had a great friends and family reunion. Couple of things to note: - there's only one bathroom inside, so with more than 6-7 people it may start being an issue. There's an outhouse available - the 10km or so to the house is an unpaved road that gets rather rutted over last 3km. You'd be challenged if taking a low sedan there (although that's what we did, just have to drive very carefully). SUV is recommended. - there were a lot of mosquitoes and horse flies in early July. Bring a bug spray if it's the season.

Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefüllt. Optimal gelegen (gegenüber der Nationalbibliothek, unweit der Haltestelle zum Flughafen sowie nur 1 Straßenbahnstation in die Altstadt, kleiner Supermarkt nebenan). Romans war sehr gastfreundlich und stand uns mit sehr schnellem Antwortverhalten immer zur Verfügung.

Ilze is a great, responsive host. Her instructions and recommendations were easy to use. The apartment is amazing, spotless and spacious in a great walkable neighborhood and close to all the Riga sights and shopping.

Una muy buena experiencia. Alojamiento ideal para 2/3 personas. La ubicación es muy buena, hay comercios y supermercados cerca y puedes ir caminando a la zona monumental en 10 min. Martín, el anfitrión, es un profesional, está pendiente de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar, si algún día vuelvo a Riga sin duda contactaré con él.

Beautiful comfortable flat, with everything I needed. Great location - Old Town, market, train station, bus station all in walking distance. Shops, restaurants and nice parks nearby. Would love to stay again!

Vi var 9 veninder på en forlænget weekend, og har nydt at bo i Kristines lejlighed. Lejligheden er flot, ren og godt udstyret med diverse ting. Den er placeret i et flot og spændende kvarter i perfekt gåafstand til centrum. Kristine har været den perfekte vært. Hun har svaret hurtigt hver gang og givet præcise oplysninger ift. tjek-ind.
