The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Our secluded stylish cottage is located on the east side of Selsey and is only 50m to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the local shops. The property is an ideal gateway for visiting the beautiful spots around the manhood peninsula and beyond to Chichester, Goodwood and the South Downs. Whether you are visiting for a holiday, attending a local wedding or for business(high speed wifi), you will find our cottage a haven of tranquility during your stay with that unique home away from home feeling.

Small convenience store at end of the road, but only a short walk from the Selsey village. Plenty to visit in the local area.

A light spacious beach house set over 3 floors enjoying sea views. 2 minutes from the seafront. The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. The top floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Ideal for relaxed family and friend get togethers. A comfortable home from home.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

Comfortable and quiet get away.

Five minute walk to the beach and the rnli lifeboat station. Chichester is a fifteen minute drive away or there is a regular good bus service the stop is 2 minute walk away. Shopping can be local with Asda and co-op stores in the high street, other local shops and plenty of places to eat out or take away. Although the beach is pebbly there is sand when the tide is out. Peaceful location and where Eric Coates was inspired to write the instrumental music the sleepy lagoon.

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.
