Here, you’ll find stunning Pacific Ocean views and native gardens attracting local birdlife, providing a peaceful sanctuary. The seamless indoor-outdoor layout is perfect for relaxing and taking in the tranquil surroundings. Step out to experience the region’s unique activities and attractions. As evening falls, soak in the famous sunsets from the headland or estuary—memorable moments await at Umbulelo.

Eagles Outlook House

Eagles Outlook is an exceptional property situated overlooking the Agnes Water surf beach. Easy stroll to beach & shops, a small house features two bedrooms, beautiful ocean views, full kitchen, bathroom, & air conditioning. Take a refreshing dip in the magnesium pool, and cook a BBQ on the balcony. Note, the property comprises the main house plus two studio apartments (see Airbnb listing Eagles Outlook Studio). Guests share the pool & laundry facilities. Absolutely no pets or parties.

Welcome to Agnes Water Views. Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah. Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

Serenity in Agnes Water

This beautifully renovated and stylish one bedroom unit in the Sandcasles Resort is located only 160m walk along the path to the main beach. Enjoy the spacious lounge and kitchen area or relax outside on the deck. Cooking is easy with stove, oven and a BBQ with the outdoor setting looking onto native vegetation. The bedroom has an ensuite and a bath in the second bathroom. A 30m stroll and you are at resort pool or onsite restaurant. There is an onsite car park out the front.

Tanya and Paul are your hosts and they live here full time on the property. Agnes Water and 1770 have have activities for those who love adventure and also those who are on a budget and also a good selection of dining options.

This apartment offers an open-plan living area that flows onto a generous balcony, perfect for soaking in the ever-changing tides and stunning sunsets. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a large TV for entertainment. While access involves stairs, the reward is pure holiday bliss.
