Fully Renovated Rural Barn

Newly renovated barn on a quiet rural road yet close to all the attractions of Southern Litchfield County. The light-filled barn has two large patio doors into a substantial living and entertaining area with a large sectional sofa-bed, a dining table for 10 and adjacent kitchen area with an island. There is a downstairs washroom. A large light-filled upstairs sleeping area has a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside is a patio dining area and parking in a dedicated driveway.

Back for our second season in 2026. Located at the edge of our woodland, this 200-year-old former barn has recently been completely renovated. It provides a quiet, cozy, bright, private STUDIO space ideal for a single visitor or couple. The property offers a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and central air/heat. A small private seating area catches the mid-morning sun outside the main entrance. Come and enjoy the local area's beautiful scenery, hikes, antique trail, & great restaurants.

The area is a prime location, as it offers some of the most stunning and scenic hikes & drives in the country. Only a 10 minute drive from Kent, New Milford or Pawling.

Relax with family and friends at this breathtaking lake front home. Peaceful setting with beautiful views of Swan Lake. Updated bedrooms, completely renovated bathrooms and all new kitchen appliances. A kayak and paddleboard await your next adventure. A brand new dock was installed for boating, fishing and swimming right from our backyard. Just a few minutes from the town center grocery store, restaurants, amusement parks, skiing and more. Welcome to The Cottage at Cedar Spring Farm, a one bedroom, one bath cottage located on a 16 acre working Christmas tree farm bordered by 155 acres of protected land trust with marked hiking trails. Conveniently located to I-84, shopping, local farms, wineries, breweries, restaurants, and Heritage Village. Please note that we allow pets (dogs only) and have a limit of two. **Access to the 2nd floor bedroom is a steep and open staircase** (see interior photo listed under Laundry)

Enjoy a wonderful guest house with all the amenities on a historic property in Guilford, Connecticut. The main house built in 1779 extends its character to the guest house which has views of an open field. On property there is a working restored horse barn. We are minutes to the spectacular downtown area of Guilford and easy access to Durham, Madison, and other surrounding towns and highways!
