This 90 year old cabin is rich in history with its rustic exterior and has been finished out with a modern design on the interior. The cabin is just south of Grand Lake and extremely easy to access via car, it is a five minute drive to the west gate of Rocky Mountain National Park, and boasts all of the modern amenities to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Come unwind, explore and relax in our wonderland!

The cabin is located in a quiet mountain area with land to play games, sip coffee on the deck watching the sun rise, relax at the fire pit roasting s'mores watching the sun set, and listening to the Colorado River. We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.
