Adorable Carriage House with amazing views!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with vintage appliances. 3 bedrooms - 1 on the 1st fl. with a queen bed. Another on the 1st fl. with a full bed and stairs that lead to the 3rd bedroom upstairs with king bed....each with its own workspace. 55" TV and large sofa for hanging out in the living room. Laundry room with washer & dryer. Come relax and enjoy!

Only a 3 minute drive to Creekmore Park. 5 minute drive to downtown Fort Smith where you will find restaurants, nightlife and shopping! Less than 5 minutes to Baptist health hospital This is a shared property with 2 Airbnbs although both are completely separate and private!

Enjoy a family getaway or a a peaceful stay with your significant other at this cabin, inside you will find a king bed and a sleeper sofa downstairs and 3 twin beds upstairs, a kitchen with cookwares and dining ware, a full size stove and oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a washer & dryer. NO WIFI, satellite or local TV. Outside there is a back deck with a 5 seat hot tub, a front deck with a table and 2 chairs. About 20 feet from the back deck there is a fire pit.
