Adorable Carriage House with amazing views!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

Pocohantas Cabin/Hot Tub

Enjoy a family getaway or a a peaceful stay with your significant other at this cabin, inside you will find a king bed and a sleeper sofa downstairs and 3 twin beds upstairs, a kitchen with cookwares and dining ware, a full size stove and oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a washer & dryer. NO WIFI, satellite or local TV. Outside there is a back deck with a 5 seat hot tub, a front deck with a table and 2 chairs. About 20 feet from the back deck there is a fire pit.

Perfect for short or extended stay. Close to surrounding small towns and a 15 minute drive into Fort Smith. Perfect for the Holiday season. Fully equipped kitchen. For extended stays of 30 days or more, please know that an inspection of the property will be required every 15 days. We kindly ask that you do basic indoor upkeep of the house.
