We had a wonderful experience staying at this charming, historic townhouse. A warm and inviting atmosphere for our family to relax and spend quality time together in the evenings. Location was ideal,-walking distance to a variety of fun restaurants, and parking was convenient when we did need to leave the area. The host was responsive and instructions were clear. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back again!!

Mike and Wendy's space was exactly what we were looking for. it was comfortable with all the amenities of a personal home, it was very clean and welcoming. The fridge was stocked with drinks and condiments and the bathroom had extra toiletries! Great restaurants close by.

Ralph's place was outstanding on all fronts. It's even nicer than the pictures IMO, Very charming and comfortable and a fantastic location to have a quiet night and a quick walk to down. We will most definitely be back!

Very cozy home away from home with a delightful host family upstairs who are very accommodating and communicative. The space is warm, welcoming and well appointed. A great location for a short or extended stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! We visit Rutland often and will continue to stay here as long as it is available! Everything was better than anticipated!

Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

Gordon is extremely conscientious and was very available without being intrusive. Property had a lovely private back deck to sit and read! Also a visit from a bunny from time to time added to the serenity of my visit! Easy walking distance to downtown and the neighborhood is the best you will ever find! Also a 5 minute walk to a farmers market that is one of the best I have visited! I strongly recommend this Property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. Another nice festure is its just a 20 minute walk to the racetrack! Save $50 on parking! The walk is through lovely neighborhoods of historical houses! Very beautiful and nostalgic! Definitely worth the walk! I hope to stay there many more times!

My family and i had a phenomenal stay at this home. A very peaceful neighborhood, comfortable beds and pillows, very nice appliances in the kitchen as well. Considerably better than hotel living for sure, will absolutely book again when we visit New York next!

Stephanie was an Incredible host! The listing matched her description and the property looked even better upon checking in. Stephanie maintains this property really well and I couldn’t have felt any more at home. The home was clean and had a perfect cozy feeling to it. In addition, this was really close to the mountain, which made the getaway even better. I enjoyed the privacy and waking up to a nice snow dusting before my trip to the mountain. We stayed at Julia's vacation rental for a 3-day weekend with our four children under the age of 12. The things that were great: 1) the unit is 150 foot walk in ski boots from a ski trail that will take you to the Mount Snow lift, which was great because we didn't have to shlep 4 kids ski gear, 2) the four kids loved the bunk bed room and were comfortable, 3) there are two large shelves of board games the kids enjoyed, 4) the access to the Sports Center which has a heated indoor pool and hot tubs were a great way to end the day after skiing, 5) the outdoor locker was a great place to dump all the ski gear (much better storage location than inside the car or inside the unit) and 6) very nice fluffy towels and bed sheeting was comfortable. A combined liquid shampoo and body soap is provided in each bathroom, which is the same that we use to bath our kids at home.

This space was perfect for our family. With walking distance to the entrance of the slopes, this location was ideal for our ski getaway. I appreciated the small touches that made this experience feel luxurious, the provided coffee, wine, wood for the usable fire place. The beds were comfortable and the space was spacious. We would definitely visit Jim’s place again!

The unit is very comfortable for a family and very convenient to Mount Snow. Updated bathrooms and washer/dryer. Great clubhouse and pool facilities at Seasons condo. Andrew was a pleasure to work with.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Rafael's condo. The space was very clean and comfy, and exactly matched the description and photos posted here. The fireplace was a great draw, too. If you're planning on skiing at Mt. Snow, the Moover shuttle bus stop is located right outside of this building, which made for a very convenient and quick way to get to Mt. Snow for my family of 4. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Caitlyn An excellent host quick to respond despite moving with her babies the same day as my trip! She was accommodating and provided a clear quick easy in from my late night travel. Her space is large and spacious with great set up lighting and comfortable and clean bedding. Loved the couch bedding set up! The entrance allowed ease to store the ski stuff so roomy keeping the living space free of the typical ski vacay clutter! The bathroom shower temp and pressure with soft towel and wash cloths provided with soap, and shampoo and conditioner gave a nice end of the day relax. Plenty of blankets for layering that may be needed. Kitchen appointed well with a good stove and oven easy to use and to easy prepare with pans and utensils for cooking, plenty of silver ware and plates glasses and plates that i truly appreciated. Couldn't use the ski in/ ski out as that lift was this late int eh season but how easy was it to scoot down in 2 min! Will be my stratton stay always onward!

Great place to stay conveniently located by the mountain base! We enjoyed walking into the village after skiing. Very clean and cozy and had everything we needed and more. Dana was very responsive! Hope to come again next year!!

You really can’t beat this location. It’s across the steet from the lifts and the village with lots of restaurants/bars/stores. The space was perfect for our family of four. Our two young children stayed on the pullout and we thought the king bed was quite comfy. We would def stay here again!
