The Garden Cottage is a beautifully appointed Grade 2 listed two bedroom apartment in The Lincombes, Torquay’s most prestigious neighbourhood, known for its breathtaking views, picturesque gardens, and grand Victorian Italianate residences. Minutes from Torquay’s marina, it offers a private street entrance, unrestricted parking, and a on-site Tesla charging point. At the front is a sunny decked courtyard area. The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

“On The Beach” has the best views in Shaldon

The apartment is situated on the second floor and has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished and decorated. There are fabulous views of Shaldon harbour and beach from every window. Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.

Idyllic Luxury Thatched Cottage on Devon Farm

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

Dolphin Cottage, 11 Horse Lane is a cosy cottage in the quaint village of Shaldon and is less than 1 minute walk from the beach, village centre and ferry to Teignmouth. The cottage has recently been refurbished and is a light, bright space decorated in a beachy style. The cottage has all the amenities needed to ensure a comfortable stay. Light bright airy accommodation on the foreshore of the River Teign, in the village of Combeinteignhead. Fantastic views, peaceful location. Wood fired hot tub (Additional charge applies). Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

The Old Piggery is a self catered cottage all on the ground floor. Open plan kitchen, living, diner area with Freeview TV, dining table and 4ft sofa bed. The Kitchen area has gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box) and washing machine. The double bedroom has Freeview TV and is en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Underfloor central heating, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi included. Patio area with garden furniture shared with one other property, and Private parking for 2 cars.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.
