This is a bright, 2,400 sq ft home on the hillside with breathtaking views of Shasta, Burney, & Lassen. You watch the sunset on Mt. Shasta while floating in the HEATED pool (excluding mid Oct - April) (addnl fee to heat pool upon request). 65" TV for movie nights. A fully stocked and updated kitchen. The house is close to shops and Bethel in a quiet neighborhood. We have put a lot of care into the details of this home and we pride ourselves in great stays- We look forward to hosting you!

The Oak House- Complete Duplex

The Oak House is a comfortable two bedroom duplex that provides you with approximately 1000 sq. ft. of private, peaceful space. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. Included are linens, towels, wifi, shampoo, hairdryer, a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, a washer and dryer, as well as an outside seating area. Located within minutes of the freeway and shopping and about an 8 minute drive to Bethel or the Civic Center, the Oak House is a great location and value.
