In this space you will have free on site parking in driveway and garage, outdoor area with fire pit, indoor electric fireplace, washer and dryer and WiFi. Handicap friendly space. Monthly rental available through Airbnb. No outside leasing. Studio apartment w/ queen bed, twin futon, full bath and a kitchenette area. One hour + away from downtown Nashville. The Bunkhouse is available for monthly (short-term - 3 month max*) Pets ok per review. $50 per pet fee. Max 30 lbs dog. Space is small and suitable for two adults (ideal for solo traveler). We live in a rural area so you may occasionally hear farm noises. Most find it incredibly peaceful!

It has its own A/C unit, a nice 55" tv, and a nice queen bed. It's a Self-Check in Space and private for 1 night up to 30 nights. note: it's NOT the WHOLE HOUSE it's a studio divided by a wall.
