A gorgeous air b n b, walk away from surfers. Private, clean and tidy. Quiet with plenty of space. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this apartment. We were 4 adults, the apartment is very large and high quality, we had a wonderful stay there and would thoroughly recommend it for a Gold Coast trip. The apartment is very central to Surfers Paradise and all the shops, bars and restaurants. It is also a 2 min walk to the beach. The apartment had everything you would want from your stay. Large lounge area, with good sized balcony, well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry with washing machine and drier. All immaculately clean. We also used the parking space included, it has a maximum height of 2.0m, but that should cover most cars The host Kevin met us at the agreed time and showed us to the apartment, he was very helpful and responsive on Airbnb app chat

The two cottages that form this AirBnB were perfectly located for our needs of visiting relatives in Yatala. Both were clean, tidy and had some kitchen supplies which we appreciated. Leanne is friendly and helpful and did very well to bring the grounds and pool back up after the severe storms the week before we arrived. Her communication was great.

We had the most perfect stay. Ying was an amazing host lots of communication once we booked the accommodation and great in managing our slightly later than expected arrival. The apartment was so clean excellently maintained and super comfy beds. Home from home Ying had privided essentials ie loo roll, hand cleaner, washing up liquid (great touch) even coffee pods and tea bags available. The apartment was the perfect base to explore Brisbane and beyond quiet but things going on and lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Felt very safe both out and about and in the apartment block. Great view of the river and part of the city. If staying here would recommend eating at Rich and Rare steak house food was delicious with a great vibe. We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in Brisbane

Everything is really good and as expected, but sometimes I need to clean the swimming pool by ourselves due to uncontrollable animal activity. I will definitely consider to stay at this place next time.

Kim’s place was clean, comfortable and a lovely quiet spot. Kitchen was well equipped, and clean. Fans would be good in the bedrooms as it gets quite stuffy and warm. There are alot of mosquitoes so make sure you bring repellent. The cockatoos and Lorikeets will greet you in the mornings. Very entertaining for kids and adults. Overall, a lovely weekend. Contactless check in was quite easy. Everything was as described. Level of contact in the lead up to checking in was perfect. Only issue was non related to the accommodation itself however a van that parked on the road in front of the house was blocking the view when trying to back out on the main road.
