Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. The bedroom/living area has a double bed. The kitchen offers the ability to bake, fry, and microwave. Come enjoy farm life! We are about seven miles from the beach. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have wifi for you. Farm tours and dairy milking experience are also options.

Outside you will find a cozy oasis with lounge sofa, dining table, umbrella and bbq grill. The condo comes with two rare and desirable off-street parking spots. You can walk to the beach, the restaurants, bars, shops and everything you came to Pismo to enjoy.

Whether you choose to relax in my comfortably furnished studio or enjoy the private outdoor patio, my home will provide a serene retreat. From the house, it is a ten minute walk to downtown.
