The property more than met our expectations - immaculate, well provisioned (over and above other properties we have stayed at), better than the pictures and the location was an absolutely perfect for our base for our week long stay, 2 minutes from Bondi Junction and 20 minutes from Bondi Beach. Tina made sure we knew she was there and available if we needed her, we didn't actually but nice to know she was always available.

We had a great weekend staying here in April. It was a great location for a day spent touring wineries in the Hunter Valley. The home was spacious and well equipped and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Their hospitality was unmatched, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our kids had an absolute blast playing on the property. We were lucky enough to borrow the kids toys, which kept everyone entertained. The property itself is stunning, with a lovely pool that provided endless fun and relaxation. Every corner of the home felt inviting and cozy. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat for our family and friend’s. Thank you for your warmth and kindness; we can't wait to return! we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

We absolutely loved our time at Sand Lakehouse! It is a beautiful place to unwind and watch the water; so much bird activity on and around the lake, it was just wonderful. The house itself is spacious and appointed thoughtfully, and there was nothing we lacked. The fire pit made for a fun night of toasting marshmallows and the local ducks provided much entertainment. The bliss of having a cup of tea on the jetty cannot be overstated! Stephen was a responsive and helpful host, and there's even an IGA within walking distance for anything you've forgotten. A great place to stay; we would highly recommend.

Angela, you have a beautiful house! Kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of cooking utensils, condiments, herbs and spices. One small downside was the squeaky doors which can be easily fixed with WD40. Waking up early every morning without waking the family was a struggle. I believe those white circles things on the walls are night lights? None of them were working. Very hard to see at night. Overall a great place and would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a nice and relaxing beach holiday. Beach is 5mins drive and a brand new playground was just recent built.

great stay everything exactly as described. it was very roomy! perfect for two families woth bedrooms and a bathroom each at opposite ends of the place.

I loved my three nights stay at Rachel’s. It’s the perfect little love shack. So many areas in and around the cottage to just relax. Rachel was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Thank you. I would love to come back. I highly recommend ro stay here.

Kim's place was located in a quiet street, just down the road from large parks and only a short drive to the Bass Hill Plaza. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The place was well appointed and very spacious, with all the amenities that you would need. It was isolated from the hosts' house and felt very private. The snack bowl was a welcome surprise.

We enjoyed our stay at Travis’s place. It was well situated and tidy.

Heidi's Bella Farm was exceptional. The house was clean, cosy and had all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing experience. The location is literally near everything by a short drive. Heidi was always super helpful when requesting information. I can't recommend it highly enough. We'll definitely be back.

Carmen was nothing but friendly and upfront from the very beginning. We felt very informed and safe. Carmen’s property was exactly like the photos (although the scenery was MUCH better in real life) Lovely and clean place, including the sheets and towels. The extra bathroom (outside of the ensuite) is perfect for a place housing so many guests. We also received a beautiful welcome gift, which was very thoughtful and delicious.

We had such a lovely stay at Tom’s place. Close to lots of cafes, restaurants and the beaches + plenty of parking on the street. Check-in was easy and communication was great. Had such a homey feel to it and was the perfect spot to relax on a weekend away. Such nice little touches like providing eggs, bread and milk. The bathroom and bathtub were absolutely gorgeous too :)

We had a great stay. The house is very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is very quiet. We enjoyed sitting outside looking up at the plants in the terraced garden. We would certainly hope to return. Thank you, Angela.

We love the cottage Pearl Beach for our family weekend away. Perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of outdoor space and undercover area if wet. We love the easy walk to the beach, bush, tennis court and don’t leave Pearl Beach. Thanks for the extra luxuries like lovely towels, lotions, candles and bubbly.

The house is excellent, well-maintained, and well-supplied with necessary items. The large and comfortable bedrooms are a significant benefit. It's a fantastic spot if nature and beaches are your purpose. I would be more than happy to rent again.

We had a large group of family and friends heading to the Central Coast for the Easter long weekend. We were fortunate enough to find two houses next to each other hosted by Micah and Denny that were able to fit our group. Micah and Denny were very responsive and accommodating. The two houses were very clean and had excellent views. We were very impressed with the houses location, located near Terrigal Beach (2-3 mins drive). Plenty of restaurants nearby for eating out or taking away to have at home. Thanks very much Micah and Denny for having us.

Loved our stay, was very quirky, clean and comfortable. It’s a quintessential Aussie beach shack with plenty of space and fitted out with everything you could want or need & lots of unique touches. The yard is extremely secure for any pets and walking distance to the beach, the dog park and cafes. Would highly recommend !!!
