Perfect for dog lovers, with great walks from the house and in the grounds.

Self-contained hideaway flat in the heart of Wells

The Hayloft is an independent, self-contained, two-person flat within a couple of minutes’ walk of the centre of England’s smallest city. The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. The flat comprises a bright South-facing living/dining room with TV, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with a double bed and ample cupboard and drawer space.

Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Set in the beautiful Somerset countryside on a quiet family farm. The Sheep Shed offers privacy to relax, wind down and take in the gorgeous surroundings. Own entrance and private parking included. Full kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. King size bed and underfloor heating through out. Situated in the quiet hamlet of Edford, Holcombe is 30 minutes away from Bath, 20 minutes from Wells and Glastonbury, 10 minutes from Shepton Mallet and Frome.

The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Churchside Cottage

Churchside cottage is a beautiful 15th centuary cottage in the centre of Wells. This house has been newly renovated for hosting, comprising of 2 bedrooms suited to a family. Wells is the smallest city in England, and this characterful cottage is right in the centre of it. Located at the bottom of the high street this central location offers pubs and restaurants, rural walks (perfect for our 4 legged friends!) and shops all within a couple of minutes walk.

Pilton Cottage, Grade II listed 400 yr old Cottage

Beautiful, Boho and cosy stone cottage, in the picturesque and peaceful Somerset village of Pilton, near Glastonbury. The cottage has been lovingly and sympathetically renovated, and fitted with lots of discreet mod-cons The perfect bolt hole for 2, with super comfy king size bed, squashy velvet sofa and wood burning stove, this really is the place to be to enjoy a cosy time away with a loved one (and your dog!). There's a village pub, and Co-op too.
