If you are someone who loves to be in nature this place is for you. The house is surrounded by trees, touched by river & its blissful sound all day long. The hosts are amazing. They sent someone to pick us up, so finding property was super easy. As soon as we reached Mr. Rajput welcomed us with a big smile & roses. He briefed us about the property. Sitting by the river was the most blissful part of our stay. Rooms are clean & have everything you need during the stay. Rooms have view of the river. The food was homemade, Organic & Delicious. Hosts made us feel at home. I recommend booking this stay, 100% you wont regret :)

Amey, no doubt is an amazing host. Arranged transportation for my parents who reached early and helped them check-in to his property. Suggested good places to visit and dine. He made sure we were comfortable during the stay then be it arranging food or going an extra mile to arrange some essentials even without asking. Real life example of Atithi devo bhava. 100% must visit property and experience the hospitality of super host Amey.

I had booked for stayover for my travel journey. Though my check in was at 1 am it was with no issues and was well accomodated. The place is awesome and super clean and huge. For breakfast, the caretaker mentions that she can prepare either upma or poha, upon request she prepared both :) The cleaning utensils charge of 200 is unnecessary I feel and lil bit of disappointment. This is well understood if you are staying for longer duration and needs cleaning on daily basis considering volume of utensils. I will recommend and visit again for sure.

We had a peaceful stay at this beautiful residence. The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Basic kitchen utilities are provided. The sights of Panhala fort are very accessible even by foot (a 3-4 hour walking tour covers most attractions). As the residence area is forested and away from main roads, it is not recommended to walk around after dark. The host and caretaker were responsive and helpful. Good place for a relaxing break away from city life!

Deepti has a lovely home with all necessary amenities. Ideal for solo as well as groups stay. She is friendly and apt with communication and coordination. Once can easily find an auto to visit nearby famous spots & restaurants. Value for money and lovely experience. I highly recommend.
