Welcome to Shoal Bay and our beautiful light filled 2BD apartment which is only 200 metres from the beach and 200 metres from great cafes and restaurants.  Enjoy drinks on the balcony surrounded by lush gardens.   There is plenty of room for two couples or a family of four.  Our apartment is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful breeze. There are two flights of stairs, no lift. Linen is provided. The complex are mainly residents so we ask you be respectful of noise We have NBN internet connected.

Centrally located within the Mantra Aqua Resort, Lautus offers a well appointed large courtyard for you to enjoy on a summers night. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The property has been our family holiday home for many years. The kitchen is very well equipped for big family dinners. We are not big on electronic entertainment , only an amazing view to keep you occupied! The property is older style which is reflected in the price. Our first floor apartment is very spacious and comfortable .
