Situated 10 km from Berry & 8 km from Kangaroo Valley, our location is perfect to explore these villages, South Coast Beaches (Jervis Bay a 1 hr drive) & the Shoalhaven region. Perfect for two (if there are kids or a 3rd adult a king single sofabed in the living area offers extra sleeping) - everyone loves interacting with our farm animals! 2 hr drive from Sydney 2.5 from Canberra.

‘The Stables @ Kookaburra House', is a unique and beautifully appointed barn style cottage located in a private setting amongst the tranquil country side of Kangaroo Valley. 5 km from Kangaroo Valley village and 1 km from the golf club. The Stables includes a large open fireplace, well appointed open plan country kitchen, spacious dining and lounge areas, outdoor fire pit, spacious grounds and breathtaking views of the valley from the outdoor furnished deck. Be greeted in the morning by our small family of horses or bring your own horses for a riding holiday, where an accredited coach is also available for lessons and the Penrose forest is on our doorstep.
