Very secluded yet only minutes away from the nearby towns of West Fork, Prairie Grove, Farmington, & the City of Fayetteville to name a few. Our cabin is situated within the beautiful Ozark Mountains with outdoor features including a pond, charcoal grill &outdoor fireplace. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults & is equipped with 1 kitchen, 2 full baths, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with a TV, dining area, 2 bedrooms & a loft.

Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Our Hillside Cabin is a renovated 900 Sq Ft A-Frame rustic cabin overlooking the Needmore Ranch that meanders along the scenic Illinois River. Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

Situated on 24 acres of rugged, beautiful terrain just 15 minutes from the U of A, this cabin offers a serene respite from the daily grind. Take in the panoramic views and enjoy a tranquil getaway. Note: Access to the loft queen bed requires a steep ladder climb. One security camera is located on the driveway.
