To get to the villa's place you cross through several villages that have restaurants, small grocery shops and local shop stores. It's 10 km away from romantic Sintra, 28 km away from Cascais.

The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

The apartment is located in Magoito, a small village near the sea at about 5mns from the beach, 5kms from the unique and historic city of Sintra and around 30kms from Lisbon airport.
