My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and groups. Imagine a retirement of the old sea-capitan. He chooses to live in an old stone-villa, directly at the beloved sea. Between the house and the sea is just one old palmtree, and his lazy chair for drinking coffee in the morning and wine or grappa in the afternoon!

Villa Kate is located in Šipanska Luka, quite little place on the island of Šipan, approximately 17 km northwest of Dubrovnik. The island of Šipan is the largest of the Elaphite islands and most inhabited island. Šipan is a long-stretched island cover with lush Mediterranean vegetation. On the island there are many small votive churches and chapels, because for centuries the island was inhabited by many sailors.

Villa Bifora

Situated on the top of the Petrovac hill, overlooking a beautiful bay, surroundings and the island of Hvar, Villa Bifora was originally built by the noble family Didolić, with the purpose to serve as a place for the gentry to relax and unwind. It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

Kia accommodation is located in a place Ratac. It is a small fishing village place 30km away from Dubrovnik (25 minutes drive). It offers you a wonderful view at Elaphiti islands and a wonderful seaside view. It is surrounded by pine and olive trees. This apartment is perfect for everyone who prefers a peaceful and relaxing holiday on the private beach, but also not too far away from a wonderful Dubrovnik.
