This spacious and luminous fully equipped villa is ideal for big families, 3-4 couples or 2 couples with 4 children. In the huge private garden (~1000 m2) you can sunbathe relaxed while your children may play for hours safely. For the grill-lovers, there is also a BBQ. The golden-sand organized beach is only 400 m. away. There you will find numerous restaurants, bars & cafes. Just across the street in front of the house there is a mini-market while big supermarkets are a 2-minute drive away.

Unser Siviri Apartment liegt ruhig am nördlichen Ende des Ortes. Die Strandpromenade ist etwa 50 Meter entfernt, so dass alle Bars und Restaurants innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten erreicht werden können. Das Apartment ist "Next To The Sea" - es befinden sich keine weiteren Häuser oder Straßen zwischen Apartment und Meer. Das Meeresrauschen begleitet Euch in den Schlaf. Der Strand ist innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar und bietet genügend Platz zum Sonnenbaden.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Quiet & Cozy Apartment near the beach - Fourka

You will stay in a cozy apartment, just 150m. away from the beach. It is located in quiet small district and it is recently renovated. You will have 2 private bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and a nice bathroom. The apartment comes with a private parking spot that you can freely use during your stay. I will be happy to give you tips about Fourka, nice taverns, beaches and other things you can do in Chalkidiki. Feel free to ask me :)
