The Stables

Since converting our old stables it has been very popular with people visiting York and Harrogate which are both 20 minutes away.We are lucky to have some lovely local pubs/ restaurants in the nearby villages (10mins away) Within half an hour you can be in the Dales or the Yorkshire Moors - walking, visiting a National Trust property, or sampling a local pub or tearoom. The Stables are clean, cosy and comfortable, with modern, light rooms. The views overlook farmland - beautiful in the evenings.

No.2 West Layton Manor is part of an Historic Victorian Manor House built in 1872. The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. Boroughbridge has a fine selection of shops & pubs and is only a couple of minutes drive from the A1. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and pots. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed & one a double bunk bed and single above, plus comfy lounge & large TV.

The Old Telephone Exchange - surrounded by fields!

The original Telephone Exchange is located in the picturesque village of Bishop Monkton. Now converted to a cosy holiday cottage situated between Harrogate and the cathedral city of Ripon. Nearby is Fountains Abbey, Lightwater Valley and Newby Hall. Blessed with open fields on 3 sides, which includes a lovely spot to sit outside and unwind or watch the sunsets. When you are ready, there is a wood burner inside. The inside is open plan and surprisingly spacious with a well equipped kitchen
