Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Enjoy access to the lovely Captains Cabin (communal kitchen) The blue flag beach with cafe is just a few mins walk away & quaint Stoke Fleming has a lovely pub, village shop, etc FYI: No wifi but 4G *if not available, search for Honey Buzzard or The Lookout - both part of WILDCOMFORT*

The Stables is one of three lettable Units in the Carlane Court complex set in the charming Village of Slapton in South Devon. This quaint homely Village is perfectly situated to access the many country walks including Slapton Ley and the Coastal Pathways. Stokenham, Strete, Tor Cross and Chillington are just some of the Villages easily accessible from the property. A cosy home from home experience directly managed by the owners. Parking and EV charging (50p per unit) also available.

Kiln Nook, Stokenham

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. A cream tea awaits you on arrival. 1 night bookings only accepted Sun-Thurs. 3 night stays in the summer preferred, but ask to see if we can accommodate you.

The Old Laundry is a large airy studio space with dining area, kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and tabletop electric cooker. A king-size bed and a single bed for a third guest, and a gorgeous bathroom with a newly added heated towel rail. The apartment is private with its own front door, an outside courtyard and the pool a stroll away that looks over the sea and our three acres of garden to relax in. It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful South Hams.

Rose Byre is a stunning, recently refurbished barn conversion, set in a pretty walled courtyard with private parking. Ideal for exploring this outstanding area of South Devon. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
