Aldercroft Pod

Aldercroft Pod is a Luxury Glamping Pod situated in Inverinate, with views of Loch Duich and the 5 sisters of Kintail. The pod is 2.5 miles from Dornie and Eilean Donan Castle. We are 13miles from the Skye Bridge and Isle of Skye. Ideal base for hillwalking in Kintail and Glenshiel. The Pod is located in our garden space, around 20 meters from the house but still very private and with a better view! We are located just off the A87 which is the (busy at times) main road to the Isle of Skye!

Samphire Lodge with sauna - stunning loch views

A stunning three bedroom Highland lodge on The North Route 500, boasting spectacular views. Samphire lodge is situated on a hill giving it a vantage overlooking the sea Loch to the Attadale valley. Situated at the edge of the village, you are a short stroll from local amenities. Indoors you are greeted by the warm colour of the wood, and feels especially cosy when the cast iron fire is roaring. Samphire Lodge has three spacious bedrooms, a wet room, an outdoor sauna and fully equipped kitchen.

Our quaint 160 year old fisherman's cottage, coupled with its incredible seaside location makes for a perfect relaxing and romantic getaway. We will do our best to meet you, but if not it is self check in. Enjoy the peace and quiet. Heartened in the cooler months with central heating and wood burning stove.

Unique, historic home at Strathcarron, near Skye

The Ticket Office at Strathcarron Station is a luxury self catering apartment on the famous Kyle Line, one of the “Great Railway Journeys”. Enjoy a relaxing break in this two bedroom ground floor disabled friendly accommodation. Many original features have been retained and the apartment has been carefully modernised with ramp access and a wet room. Peaceful views to the surrounding mountains and watch the trains right outside! Only half a mile from NC500 too. Sorry no children under 13.

The house is just a 5-minute stroll away from the world-famous Eilean Donan Castle, the most photographed castle in Scotland, if not the world! With the Skye Bridge nearby, it serves as the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking Isle of Skye & Lochalsh.

Captain's Croft

Small original croft house in the heart of the Highland village of Plockton. There are coral beaches and dramatic views from the many forest and hill walks. Perfect base for people wanting to explore the Isle of Skye, Applecross and the surrounding area. The croft comes with a fully equipped kitchenette and wet-room all with underfloor heating. Garve Cottage is a comfortable and well appointed home with three bedrooms; two with double beds and one with two single beds. Full bathroom with bath and shower upstairs and shower room, toilet, and wash hand basin downstairs. The kitchen has a built in dishwasher, microwave and electric hob and full oven. Underfloor heating was recently installed along with new tiled flooring extending through utility room to downstairs shower room. Washing machine and dryer in utility room.

A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Being born and brought up in the area we hope our local knowledge will allow you make the most of your trip.

Tigh A'Mhuillin (The Mill House) is a lovely detached home close to picturesque coastal villages (5 miles from Shieldaig and 17 miles from Applecross), with shops and pubs. Fabulous hill walking and climbing in the Torridon mountains, mountain biking on tracks and quiet roads, fishing, and sea trips to explore this beautiful part of the Highlands. For the less energetic, just sit, relax and watch the ever-changing scenery.
