Newly renovated home in the midst of the Swanson Cattle Company farm & ranch. Open area kitchen, dining, and living room allows guests to communicate with ease. Look out the window and you will see livestock, pheasants, wild turkey, and many other things a farm and ranch has to offer. Sit on the private deck and watch the beautiful Nebraska sunsets.

The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Mama Jen’s 4BR Johnson Lake Front Getaway

Relax with the whole family (or friends) at this peaceful, spacious home located in a quiet cove right on Johnson lake not far from the Marina. The home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a huge dining area with a beautiful kitchen as well as two living-room spaces. The home can easily sleep 16+. There are also outdoor dining/seating areas as well as a bbq grill & fire-pit plus kayaks & a lilly pad to use. IF you prefer not to have the 4th bedroom/Husker family suite you can a reduced rate.

Quick access to the boat ramp at Lakeshore Marina, the walking and bike trail, Nautical Rose....and of course the beautiful lake!
