Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Lägenheten är helt fristående med egen entré. 150 m till buss som tar dig till affärer och tunnelbana på ca 5 min. Lugnt villaområde, nära till vatten och natur. 500 m till havsvik och badmöjlighet, samt 800 m till skog och motionsspår. Ta med egna bäddset och handdukar. Det finns även att hyra för SEK 200 per gäst. Ni städar själva alternativt köper avresestädning för SEK 600. Fri bilparkering på gatan.
