Lovely private 1879 Victorian built by Lompoc founder W.W. Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Reservation includes two bedrooms with queen beds. Note: Entrance stairs may be difficult for those with limitations. No pets. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

The large farmhouse is designed to elevate a gathering, bringing people together for large family meals and backyard entertainment, and replete with farm-life experiences. Gather ingredients from the farm-stand out front, watch the family farm in action as we garden and tend to the livestock, and enjoy the abundance of wild animals including deer, turkeys, and quail. The space is thoughtfully curated with old barnwood beams, abundant space to rest, and amenities to entertain the whole family.

Los Olivos Vineyard Home on Winery Estate

Set on an established winery estate in the Santa Ynez Valley, Casa de Brander is a stunning two bedroom Spanish-style home overlooking the Brander Vineyard. Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

You will be greeted with a rose covered trellis entry gate and spacious fully enclosed yard for your furry family member. Studio feels much larger than it's 500 sq ft. but retains a warm and cozy feel. Short walk into the town of Santa Ynez or a 5-10 minute drive to all of the other lovely towns in the valley, Solvang/Los Olivos/Balllard/Buellton.
