My home is a log cabin with a private apartment on the lower level, which includes a patio as well as use of other outdoor spaces. There is a fire pit just past your patio and a short path will put you on the Appalachian Trail. As an herbalist and ethnobotanist, plants are my love and my livelihood. They are an integral part of my life and my home. I welcome you to stroll through the many gardens and paths.

The shaded patio offers panoramic views and a gas grill. During the winter months, after skiing at nearby slopes, unwind in the claw foot tub or retreat to the cozy ambiance of our living room, with exposed wooden ceilings, a welcoming fireplace, a smart TV, a record player and board games.

For those who like to shop we are located only 20 minutes to the Woodbury Commons and only a 45 minute drive to NYC. Also Stuart International Airport is only a short drive from here.

The Cove Cabin

An original Candlewood style cabin. The house has been updated to offer all modern comforts. It features a large fireplace in the living room, porch over looking the lake, central heat and air conditioning and a fully equipped cook's kitchen. It is on the northern most part of Candlewood Lake with direct, private water access from the shore or the dock. A foam lily pad, two SUP, and two inflatable two person kayaks are available for use from May 1 to November 1..
