Flower Farm Loft

When you arrive at the Flower Farm Loft you're greeted by our dogs, who will likely jump on you with muddy paws and request fetch and pets. You're immediately surrounded by flowers in our gardens and flower studio. The loft has big east facing windows that look over our farm and surrounding fields. You'll open the curtains in the morning to incredible sunrises over Kilkenny Cove, and end your nights at your private fire pit with immaculate star filled skies that will make it hard to go inside.

The Bungalow

The Bungalow is the ideal retreat for your Acadia National Park adventure. Perfectly suited for two, this charming, newly renovated apartment offers a cozy and well-appointed space for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Multiple park access points are within 2 miles, Bar Harbor and the Park Loop Road are 20 minutes away. Need accommodations for multiple families - 3 townhouses are also available on the property. 3 night minimum stay unless otherwise indicated on the calendar. AC recently added.

“Low Tide” studio *no cleaning fee!

This unique place has a style all its own. It’s an open concept studio for two on the “quietside” of Mount Desert Island. This cozy, newly constructed nook is the perfect place to rest your head after exploring all our island has to offer! Note, there is no oven or cooktop. Your kitchenette will provide a sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Your studio is the downstairs to the owners apartment, both with their own entrance and shares a driveway with my other rental.

Convenient 1 BR in Center of Acadia! [Willowbrook]

Willowbrook is a comfortable 1BR unit in a perfect spot for guests wanting to get out and explore Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park! It sits right in the center of Mount Desert Island at the top of the Somes Sound - making it easy to navigation easy on the Lung-Shaped island instead of staying in one of the corners of MDI. The small backyard area is a nice private spot to relax without having to bump into any other guests in neighboring units as it is surrounded by fencing.

Artist Studio in Acadia, 5 minute walk into town!

The Artist Studio is just a 5 minute walk into the heart of downtown Southwest Harbor. We are a 5 minute drive to an Acadia Park entrance, a 20 min drive to Bar Harbor. Close to restaurants, Echo Lake for swimming, and a 5 minute walk to the Clark Point Town Dock for ferry boat rides to explore the islands! You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the high ceilings, the modern kitchen and island. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

This is a two bedroom and one and a half bath upstairs apartment. It is located in the center of downtown Southwest Harbor. Surrounded by restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. Walk downstairs to enjoy all Southwest Harbor has to offer. The apartment is walking distance to a working waterfront harbor where you can watch the fishing boats come and go. Mount Desert Island is surrounded by Acadia National Park all within a short drive from the apartment. No Cleaning Fee!!!

The Bird's Nest

The Bird's Nest is an elevated efficiency apartment with views of Somes Sound, Southwest Harbor, and the mountains of Acadia. There is a small efficiency kitchen and a sunny second floor deck to enjoy the view while having a peaceful breakfast or evening meal. While the property is secluded and private, we do have our own private wooded trail that drops right into town, where you can enjoy Southwest Harbor's restaurants and shops, or catch the free Island Explorer bus.

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2nd floor apartment has all the amenities of home and is located right in the heart of Southwest Harbor! Walk out the door to many wonderful restaurants, galleries and shopping. We are a short walk to the harbor and marina. Across the street is the stop for Island Explorer bus with free seasonal transportation to all over the island and Acadia National Park. Parking available for 1 vehicle.

Our location is beautiful and quiet, surrounded by woods. Apt is on the 2nd level; it offers privacy: your own driveway, entrance and deck. It feels secluded. 2024: new deck and heat pump (air conditioning, no humidity!)

Walking distance to Some Sound and Somes Pond and a short jaunt to Acadia National Park & many activities our island has to offer. If you are looking for a quit place to relax, this is a great choice.
