I loved this place the pictures do no justice I can't wait to return to Rocky point and I would definitely love to stay here again

This beach house was everything we hoped it would be. We got to walk right out the door and take our dogs for a beachwalk a few times a day and for a night walk every night. The dogs were in heaven. We were so happy to get to spend time with them on these magical beaches. We were in awe at the amount of unique sea shells all over the beaches. A few of the neighbors had dogs but it seemed everyone was very respectful and took their dogs out at different times of day so we each could enjoy a massive stretch of private beaches. The inside of the house is very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. We were nervous about using too much water since the shower takes a while to warm up but thankfully we didn’t run out. Oh and the enclosed backyard was great to let the dogs out for bathroom breaks. Wonderful Airbnb and we hope to come back again!

Fabulous hacienda, marvelous location. Easy, short walk to all the places of interest downtown. The grounds are manicured. Everything about the experience was wonderful!

This place was amazing and close to everything. It was spotless inside and out. It's gated well and it has covered parking so we felt very comfortable. You can't ask for nicer hosts, from conversation to local suggestions, they were both fantastic. Thank you!

I just got back from an incredible stay at Boan’s place and I can't stop raving about it! The moment I walked in, I was struck by how cozy and inviting the space was. It felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches and decor that perfectly captured the local vibe. The resort itself was stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of activities to keep me entertained. I loved lounging by the pool and taking long walks on the beach. The host (Boan) was fantastic, providing great recommendations for local spots and ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This experience was truly special, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in a gorgeous setting, I highly recommend this place!

Excelente estancia, cómoda y muy privada. Fácil acceso a vías y está dentro de un área muy tranquila de Hermosillo. Carlos siempre respondió rápido a mis mensajes. Definitivamente me vuelvo a hospedar en Casa Coyota.

Honestly for price it’s a great spot, spacious and nice. 10 mins from playa Bonita. 4 mins from Candy cake for a delicious breakfast.

We booked Seth's place for a week to relax, enjoy the pool and to take short walks to the beach. It did not disappoint! The grounds were being worked on a bit, but that didn't detract from the beauty of the property and enjoying the pool area. Everyone on the premises were so kind. It was a great place to enjoy with our dog, too. It's a condo so you can hear your neighbors sometimes, but it was still nice and peaceful. Go to the top floor if you want to enjoy a great view - perfect to watch the sunset and the sea. I would be remise if I didn't mention the co-host, Elisa! She was fabulous and was always ready to help book adventures during our stay, or provide recommendations. We were interested in some massages and she booked some wonderful masseuses who came to our condo and gave us couple's massages on site. SO peaceful!!! Would absolutely recommend Seth's place!

Muy contentos, casas espaciosas y zona tranquila. El precio si es elevado pero la alberca vale la pena, alberca muy grande, las habitaciones estaban de buen tamaño, la playa no esta tan cerca, a unos 5 minutos en carro. Considerar si lo que te gusta es la alberca. En general muy bien, sin duda regresaremos.

Great place for a Mexico getaway, easy access to the beach and no need to leave if you don't want to. Everything you need in one spot.

Our family of four had a wonderful time during our six-night visit. The view of the bay is so beautiful and ever-changing. From the deck, we enjoyed watching sea birds diving for fish and got lucky with a couple of early-morning dolphin sightings. We cooked many of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen and ate outside on the deck, but restaurants were minutes away for taking the night off. Highlights included paddling around the nearby islands in the kayaks, visiting different beaches, and taking a boat tour with a guide recommended by the host. Our tween and teen kids enjoyed having their own huge ensuite bedrooms and playing games on the deck. It's well worth going off the beaten path to come here. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with our questions and accommodated a rejiggering of our schedule when the airline changed our flight. Thanks for making it easy for us to experience this phenomenal setting for our family vacation.

Un lugar agradable, con acceso a la playa y a un lago que esta cruzando la calle. La casa cuenta con 2 kayaks y una lanchita para usar en el lago. Sin duda un lugar al que regresaré.

The pictures don’t justify the place, it was beautiful and clean. Viviana was super attentive throughout our stay, and the house had everything we needed and more. My parents just bought property within the community, so we will definitely be back. Thank you!

The house was great , safe area , loved the kitchen , and the walk to the beach was easy , the beds were a little uncomfortable but the amount of beds were perfect for the family and kids . I wasn’t able to find the baby crib and left mine at home . The kids wanted to be playing on the stairs but we had taken gates and kept them off since they are a little steep and had no problems. it was a great trip for us :)
