Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

Set in the picturesque countryside of South Allington, this beautiful barn combines a contemporary feel with character features, offering a comfortable, pet-friendly retreat. Its reverse level living area boasts a log burner, and the kitchen features modern appliances. Outside are two private decked areas, the larger lower deck has a Mediterranean feel and overlooks the communal gardens & fields beyond, equipped with outdoor furniture 7 a chimnea where guests can use their own portable BBQs.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Valley View is located in the most tranquil setting close to the south Devon coastline, you can access popular areas such as Salcombe, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge all within 30 minutes. Totally detached, no road noise or interruptions… utter tranquillity. Admire the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets followed by an explosion of colour across the sky. As the night sets in, enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple outside and spend your evening stargazing over the valley from the hot tub.

A contemporary basement conversion offers a luxurious stay in the heart of South Devon. The perfect base for exploring the town, coastal path and the beautiful beaches of the South Hams. The suite is located on the lower ground floor of a Victorian house on Fore Street, the main shopping street in Kingsbridge. The cafes, deli, fishmonger, baker and much more are just a couple of minute's walk away. The beaches of Salcombe, Bantham and Thurlestone are less than 15 mins drive away.

Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Sweetsides Shepherds Hut

Stay in a beautiful handcrafted Shepherd's hut with wood burning hot tub, overlooking the rolling Devon hills surrounding the Salcombe Estuary. This hut has been lovingly crafted from reclaimed materials salvaged from the working farm, set amidst an area of outstanding natural beauty. Small is beautiful! Come and stay in our rather nice little space in the heart of the wonderful South Devon seaside village of East Prawle. Short breaks are welcome and you'll be staying in our bright annexe thoughtfully kitted out with a sitting room and well-equipped kitchen downstairs and pretty bedroom and shower room above - your very own tiny cottage! You'll also have a flower-filled courtyard garden and long views across the fields - count real sheep as you doze off...

"The Bothy" is a cosy loft room with ensuite. It is perfect for a short getaway for those who enjoy the outdoors. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. We are a 10 minute drive from the South West Coastal Path, and Beesands Torcross beaches. For walkers of the coastal path, we offer a pick-up drop-off service. Please message for details.

Rose Byre is a stunning, recently refurbished barn conversion, set in a pretty walled courtyard with private parking. Ideal for exploring this outstanding area of South Devon. Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
